Nzemaba listens to Nebojsa |
Samuel Nzemaba says Hearts of Oak are not worried of the threat of defending champions Berekum Chelsea and his former side, Asante Kotoko.
Hearts have seen their chase on the Premiership title kept alive after that famous weekend victory in Kpando.
But according to Nzemaba, the Phobians will be focusing on matters within their control during the climax to the title battle.
"We are honestly not thinking about Chelsea or Kotoko" the team's general captain said.
"We aren't feeling any pressure from them because, the only pressure we feel is what we put on ourselves. We expect this fight to go on and on until the last games of the season. Kotoko and Chelsea have all won the Premier League before and so have we, but I don't think that gives any of us an advantage. The competition will only be decided when probably we play them in Kumasi, where we will hope to win to close the points margin to one", he said.
According to him, from then on Hearts will continue to win more games and see what happens to their opponents. He stated that last season the club missed a lot so this season, the phobians should not end without any trophy to show.
"We have players that have won it before and know how to go about it all the time. We will count on these experiences and hope it does help us at the end", he concluded.
