One of Ghanas representatives for this years CAF Champions League, Accra Hearts of Oak are lining up another friendly in their build to the first group A game.
The Phobians would be playing away to domestic premiership side, Tema Youth on Thursday at the Tema Park.
Thursday game would be the third for Hearts of Oak after test matches with the national under 20 side, the Black Satellites and Liberty Professionals.
The Phobians have been unbeaten in their build up to the CAF Champions league.
They first beat the Black Satellites 1-0 and repeated the same feat when they pipped Liberty Professionals on Monday.
Hearts of Oak will take on Nigerias Enyimba in their opening match of the Champions league on July 16 at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.
Accra Hearts of Oak were placed in Group A of the CAF Champions League after the group draws two months ago.
Group A, arguably the toughest of the two groups includes Nigerias Enyimba, Asec Mimosas of Ivory Coast and South Africas Orlando Pirates.
Ghanas other side participating in the Champions League, Asante Kotoko were seeded second to their continental rivals, Al Ahly of Egypt in group B.
The group also includes, Tunisias CS Sfaxien and J.S Kabylie of Algeria.
Asante Kotoko would play away to J.S Kabylie in Algiers in their first group game will be played within the weekend of 14th, 15th and 16th July. |
